The South Sulawesi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) expects the Makassar Bugis Saudagar Meeting (PSBM) to be a place to develop business potential and expand business networks, as well as generate ideas for improving the South Sulawesi economy.

Chairman of Kadin South Sulawesi, Andi Iwan Darmawan Aras said, PSBM is a forum to bring together all South Sulawesi entrepreneurs who come from various regions and even those abroad. So that the potential for developing business networks will be increasingly open.

"We interpret this meeting not only as a gathering event but will have beneficial value for the South Sulawesi economy in the future," he said, Saturday (20/4/2024).

In addition, Andi said this meeting should be used as a forum for entrepreneurs to be able to discuss related to the development of their business. So that the opportunity for synergy in developing business networks is very large.

"So at this meeting we hope that business people can embrace each other to develop business together, generating business prospects that can be developed in South Sulawesi, especially Makassar. In order to create jobs for the community," said Andi.

He hopes that all entrepreneurs from South Sulawesi who come from all regions can gather at the meeting. So that there will be more business learning that can be obtained from several groups.

"Because it cannot be denied that business management in each sector is different. So the more people who attend, the wider the scope of discussion will be and the more opportunities for synergy in the future," he concluded.
