In accordance with the provisions of Article 23 paragraphs (1), (2) and (7) of the Kadin Articles of Association, the National Leadership Meeting (Rapimnas) is a meeting of the leadership of the organisation's ranks in the context of coordination, synchronisation and synergistic efforts in planning and implementing inter-ranks programs. Rapimnas is held at least once a year. Rapimnas has the authority to: 

1. Determine the objectives and annual work programmes as well as the division of tasks for each level of the organisation; 
2. Evaluate coordination, synchronisation and synergistic efforts in the planning and implementation of inter-jurisdictional programmes; and 
3. Assist the Kadin Indonesia Executive Board to decide matters that cannot be decided by itself and the results are accountable to the National Conference (Munas).

Rapimnas Kadin 2023 is the 3rd Rapimnas organised during the 2021-2026 management period. 

The Executive Board of Kadin Indonesia has carried out the Kadin 2023 Work programme as a result of the Kadin Rapimnas in 2022 and managed to carry out 163 programmes or 91% of the total work programme for 2023. The percentage of work programmes that have been implemented has increased when compared to 2022 which is approximately 57%. The Kadin Executive Board is increasingly focused on the design and implementation of work programmes, as shown by the decrease in the number of work programmes committed from 414 (2022) to 163 in 2023.
