M. Arsjad Rasjid P.M. is the Chairman of Kadin Indonesia for 2021–2026 based on the the result of Kadin Indonesia 's National Assembly (Munas) VIII on October 20th, 2021 in Kendari, Sulawesi Tenggara.
Arsjad established four main pillars as the basis of Kadin Indonesia's programs. These pillars are strengthening the backbone of the healthcare sector; empowering national and regional economies; enhancing entrepreneurship and competence; and strengthening organization and internal regulations. These pillars are intended to strengthen the role of Kadin Indonesia as a hub for Indonesian companies, including micro, small, medium, large, and industrial entrepreneurs.
Kadin Indonesia aims to support the Indonesian government in reaching its goal of creating a "Golden Indonesia 2045" by maximizing its active role. Under Arsjad's leadership has successfully ensured the government and the public that there is only one Kadin in Indonesia as the sole organization representing businesses and industry in Indonesia.
