• Entrepreneur's Organisation with the designation of Association, Business Council, Business Cooperation Council, or any similar name, is a forum for unity and integrity of Indonesian Entrepreneurs, which is legally established based on the provisions of applicable laws and regulations on the basis of common goals, aspirations, business strata, or certain natural characteristics, or a forum for consultation and communication between Indonesian Entrepreneurs and foreign Entrepreneurs from a country, international, national or regional in nature whose activities are non-profit, and has Articles of Association and By laws in line with Law Number 1 of 1987 concerning Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
• Company Organisation with the designation of Association, Combination, or any similar name, is a forum for unity and integrity of State-Owned Enterprises, Regionally-Owned Enterprises, Cooperative Enterprises and Private Enterprises, or a forum for communication and consultation between Indonesian Companies and Entrepreneurs with foreign legal entities from a country, which is legally established based on the provisions of applicable laws and regulations on the basis of the same type of business, merchandise or services produced or traded, national or regional in nature, which in its activities is non-profit, and has Articles of Association and By laws in line with Law Number 1 of 1987 concerning Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
