India is one of Indonesia's strategic partners as the 4th largest export destination and 21st largest source of foreign investment. Both countries have regional trade agreements and considerable potential especially in food and agricultural products. Some of the agricultural commodities traded by both countries are coffee, tea, spices, palm oil, and others.
In conjunction with the visit of the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) to Indonesia, the Embassy of India will organise a business event, B2B, and buyer-seller-meet with 27 companies from India engaged in the food and agricultural sector.
