Kadin Indonesia, through the Kadin Legal and Human Rights Committee, routinely conducts literacy and socialisation activities on legislation products that have a significant impact on business actors. The government has issued Government Regulation No. 58 of 2023 on the Withholding Rate of Income Tax Article 21 on Income in Connection with Work, Services, or Activities of Individual Taxpayers (PP 58), which is further implemented through Minister of Finance Regulation No. 168 of 2023 on Implementation Guidelines for Tax Withholding on Income in Connection with Work, Services or Personal Activities (PMK 168).
