In order to encourage the implementation of Presidential Regulation 68/2022 concerning the Revitalisation of Vocational Education and Vocational Training, especially to improve the quality of human resource competencies, Vice Chairman of Kadin Indonesia for Vocational and Certification, Adi Mahfudz Wuhadji, in synergy with the Director of Vocational Training and Apprenticeship of the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower, Muhammad Ali, led the implementation of hybrid Domestic and Foreign Apprenticeship Technical Guidance (Bimtek) activities (1/12/2023). The Bimtek presented the Coordinator of the Implementation of Domestic and Overseas Apprenticeship of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, Buchari, as the key speaker. Participation in this activity involved the Chairpersons of Provincial Kadin throughout Indonesia as well as the Chairpersons of Employers' Organisations and Associations/Associations and Combined Extraordinary Members of Kadin Indonesia. The synergy in this forum is expected to produce a deeper understanding, as well as strategic steps in supporting apprenticeship policies and programmes.
