The Standing Committee on Food Security of Kadin Indonesia has held an FGD on "Food Crop Biotechnology: Progress, Challenges, and Implications for Increasing National Maize Production," (21/7/2023). The use of maize seed biotechnology can increase productivity, reduce dependence on imports, reduce stunting and also provide stability in domestic food supply.
