To find solutions to the problem of food security, Kadin Indonesia organised a national FGD themed "Efforts to Strengthen Food Security through Strengthening National Rice" (22/8/2023). There are two solutions proposed to increase national rice production, namely the intensification of the application of biotechnology that can increase the productivity of rice plants and the extensification of new land clearing through agroforestry and optimisation of food estate areas. These two solutions will become policy recommendations to the government by Kadin Indonesia in order to strengthen national food security through the sustainability of the rice industry.
