In order to implement Government Regulation No. 58 of 2023 and Minister of Finance Regulation No. 168 of 2023, Deputy Chairman for Law and Human Rights, Dhaniswara K Harjono held a socialisation for Kadin Indonesia members (21/2/2024). The socialisation themed "The Impact of the Implementation of PP 58 and PMK 168 on Employers and Employees" aims to provide an understanding of the financial impact on companies so that businesses are able to prepare and design optimal strategies to take advantage of these regulations.
