The government has finalised the RPP related to the Implementing Regulation of Law No.27/2022. Currently, through Kominfo, the government is opening a public consultation period for this RPP. The deadline for collecting input is 14 September 2023.
As the umbrella of all industries in Indonesia, as well as carrying out the mandate of Law No.1/1987, Kadin Indonesia has conducted a survey with the aim of compiling a list of industries in Indonesia. Indonesia has conducted a survey with the aim of compiling member inputs on this RPP PDP. RPP PDP. Kadin Indonesia has also organised a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to discuss the survey results and finalise the inputs to the government.
