Head of the Digital Finance Development Agency of Kadin Indonesia, Pandu Sjahrir, had the opportunity to attend a Fireside Chat session organised by Kadin Indonesia, Columbia Indonesian Society (CIS), and PERMIAS at the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia (KJRI) New York (18/3/2024).

In this meeting, Pandu Sjahrir shared his views on the importance of strengthening Indonesia's human resources (HR) to bring Indonesia to achieve the vision of a Golden Indonesia 2045.

Through an interactive dialogue, Pandu Sjahrir conveyed various strategies and concrete steps that can be taken to improve the quality of human resources in Indonesia, so that they can compete in the global arena.

With joint efforts and the right strategy, the hope of achieving a Golden Indonesia 2045 becomes more real, emphasising Indonesia's position as a developed country with competent and highly competitive human resources.

During his visit, an interview between Pandu Sjahrir and VOA was also conducted to discuss important investment prospects and strategic sectors that can encourage Indonesia to achieve the vision of a Golden Indonesia 2045.
