Kadin Indonesia Institute Holds Executive Brief to Enhance Corporate Performance in 2026

Jakarta - The Kadin Indonesia Institute held an Executive Brief titled “Gallup Survey: State of the Global Workplace 2025” at Menara Kadin Indonesia, Jakarta, on Friday (January 23, 2026).

Chairman of the Kadin Indonesia Institute Board, Mulya Amri, said the event was part of the institute’s monthly Kadin Executive Brief agenda, which aims to provide strategic insights for Kadin members and leadership to help improve corporate performance.

“This is a monthly program that we organize to provide insights for Kadin members and executives on relevant and compelling issues that can be leveraged to enhance corporate performance,” Mulya said.

For this edition of the Executive Brief, the Kadin Indonesia Institute invited Roma Tampubolon, a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach as well as CEO and Founder of Strengths ID, Gallup Indonesia’s official partner. Gallup is widely recognized as a global research institution that consistently conducts surveys and in-depth studies on workplace management.

“One of Gallup’s flagship annual publications is the Global State of the Workplace. Through this forum, we invited Mr. Roma to present the latest findings and insights on workplace management, including human resource management,” Mulya explained.

He noted that the material presented was highly relevant for companies in Indonesia, particularly in applying a strength-based approach to human resource management that recognizes the unique strengths of each employee.

Meanwhile, Roma Tampubolon highlighted key workplace trends expected in 2026, particularly those shaped by technological advancements. While technology will increasingly streamline work processes, he emphasized that human interaction will remain a critical factor.

“In 2026, human interaction will become even more important. More managers and employees will need to understand coaching—how to build conversations and interactions that enhance motivation. When we adopt a positive outlook, it can generate greater enthusiasm and hope,” he concluded.
