In the framework of a trade mission to China, the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) visited the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia (KJRI) in Ghuangzhou. The visit of the group led by the Chairman of Kadin NTT was received directly by the Consul General of the Indonesian Consulate General in Guangzhou, Ben Drajat accompanied by the Deputy Consul General, Andalusia and his staff.

On this occasion, Bobby Lianto said that the purpose of the NTT Kadin's arrival was to visit the Canton Fair phase 1 and phase 2 with a mission to import and export goods, and invite investors to come to NTT. The 20-person of Kadin NTT  delegation also scheduled visits to several cities in China, such as Chongqing, Shenzhen, Dongguan and Shanghai.

In the event, it was also attended by diaspora in Ghuangzhou who are importers and exporters, so that a Business Forum or Business Matching was also held so as to bring together entrepreneurs from NTT and also entrepreneurs in Ghuangzhou.

Bobby Lianto said that this Kadin programme will be carried out routinely twice a year so that more and more NTT entrepreneurs can move up the class, can import and export directly to China, thus making trade relations better.

In the event, Kadin NTT brought several MSME products, Ghaura Cokelat, HACE Beer, Malada Soy Sauce, Lamoringa, Swallow's Nest, Bajawa Coffee and also Sophia alcoholic drinks from NTT.

The Indonesian Consul General, Ben Drajat, expressed his appreciation and readiness to support the NTT Chamber of Commerce's programme by assisting all the needs to facilitate trade relations.
