Chairman of Kadin Central Kalimantan, Rahmat Nasution Hamka appreciated the enthusiasm of MSME players and entrepreneurs who attended the Business Gathering which also involved banks that opened access to capital for MSME players. Apart from being attended by the Central Kalimantan Regency / City Kadin, the event was also attended by the Central Kalimantan Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI), Assistant for Economic and Development (Ekbang) of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat (Setda Prov. Central Kalimantan), Sri Widanarni, Independent Commissioner of Central Kalimantan Jamkrida Oscar Viyarisa, and Head of Central Kalimantan BI Representative Taufik Saleh, at the Best Western Batang Garing Hotel Ballroom in Palangka Raya.

"Access to easy capital for business people and MSMEs in particular is very extraordinary and this is already a form of how we bring MSMEs closer to banks, which so far maybe they have not been able to have a smooth business," he said.

He hopes that this enthusiasm can be welcomed by Bank Kalteng with access to capital that can advance the economy in Prov. Central Kalimantan.

"Earlier it was also explained by our speakers who were present this afternoon, that banks now make it very easy to open businesses and MSME opportunities in Central Kalimantan. What's more, Central Kalimantan has very good potential, and banks are also closer to business people," he said.

For information, the role of MSMEs is very important in national economic development, because in addition to playing a role in economic growth and employment, they also play a role in distributing development results.

The Business Gathering presented speakers from Bank Indonesia (BI), the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Central Kalimantan. Also present were elements from Forkopimda Prov. Central Kalimantan, as well as the Head of OPD Kalteng Province.
