The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) of Bogor Regency is mobilizing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to participate in the MSME Gebyar organized in conjunction with Bogor's 542nd Anniversary.

Chair of Kadin Bogor, Sintha Dec Checawaty explained that the event will be held at Pakansari Stadium on June 8, 2024, along with a healthy walk and gymnastics.

"We want to enliven Bogor's 542nd anniversary. In the implementation, we will be supported by Disdagin (Department of Trade and Industry)," she said in Cibinong, Sunday (26/5/2024).

Sintha explained that another goal of Gebyar UMKM is to explore the products or works of Bogor Regency residents.

"So that all Bogor Regency MSME products are known, liked and purchased by the public. We hope that Gebyar UMKM can attract tourist visits from outside Bogor," Sintha said.

She said, MSME products that will be exhibited come from business actors and Kadin partners in 40 sub-districts with superior category products.

Acting Bogor Regent Asmawa Tosepu explained that the theme of Bogor Anniversary (HJB) in the form of "Babarengan, Akur dan Makmur" affirms the commitment of synergy between local government, stakeholders, and various elements of society to achieve mutual prosperity.

He hopes that the spirit of gotong royong and kinship upheld by the community will be the main driver in maintaining harmony and accelerating regional development.
