Kadin Holds Coordination Meeting for Organizational Affairs as Part of Preparations for Kadin National Leadership Meeting 2025

Jakarta – The Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin Indonesia) held a Coordination Meeting (Rakor) for the Organization, Communication, and Regional Empowerment (OKP) division at the Kadin Indonesia Tower in South Jakarta on Monday (November 24, 2025).

The meeting was convened to finalize program reports and gather regional challenges and inputs ahead of the 2025 Kadin Indonesia National Leadership Meeting (Rapimnas), which will take place from November 30 to December 2, 2025.

Erwin Aksa, Kadin Indonesia’s Deputy Coordinator for the OKP division, stated that the coordination meeting served as a strategic consolidation forum in preparation for the upcoming Rapimnas.

He explained that several program reports were being prepared for presentation at the event, including various operational issues faced by regional Kadin chapters.

“One proposal is for Rapimnas to involve district and municipal representatives as observers to enhance interaction and ensure local aspirations are better reflected,” said Erwin.

He added that there was also a proposal to hold regional leadership meetings (pre-Rapimnas) to formulate consolidated regional viewpoints. With this approach, the regional coordinators attending the Rapimnas would only need to deliver a comprehensive summary of their regional aspirations.

The OKP Coordination Meeting reaffirmed the importance of strengthening synergy between national leadership, members, and regional chapters in supporting the government’s strategic agenda. Participants agreed that strong collaboration is key to accelerating national programs, including efforts to achieve the target of 8 percent economic growth.

Beyond enhancing synergy, the meeting also highlighted the urgency of accelerating digital transformation within Kadin and across various industrial sectors. This step is considered essential for improving competitiveness, efficiency, and the readiness of businesses to navigate global economic dynamics.

Kadin Indonesia reiterated its commitment to strengthening coordination and promoting programs aligned with national development priorities, to foster an inclusive and sustainable business ecosystem.
