Indonesia's vision of "Indonesia Emas 2045" envisions a prosperous and advanced nation by the year 2045. Key to achieving this vision is the development of efficient, modern, and inclusive education, technology, and science.

While Indonesia boasts a dynamic startup landscape and a growing number of students using technology and the internet, it faces challenges related to lower literacy levels and PISA assessment scores compared to other ASEAN nations. In contrast, Poland, a member of the European Union, has experienced a rapid transition to a highly developed nation over the last two decades, with a highly educated workforce playing a pivotal role in this success. European countries, including Poland, have excelled in the PISA assessment, with Poland ranking 8th globally and surpassing the OECD average by 20 points.

In light of these factors, the Symposium organized by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency in collaboration with the Ed-Tech Poland Foundation, KADIN, and the Embassy of Poland aims to provide a platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration among industry leaders, research institutions, and universities. This event is designed to facilitate face-to-face interactions for business innovators, decision-makers, and educators to foster mutually beneficial relations between Indonesia and Poland.

The primary objectives of the Symposium on Advancing Education, Technology, and Science for Indonesia's 2045 Vision are as follows:
1. To promote knowledge sharing and collaboration between Indonesian and Polish stakeholders in the fields of education, technology, and science.
2. To explore best practices and strategies that have enabled Poland to excel in education and technology development, with the aim of applying these lessons to Indonesia's context.
3. To create a platform for dialogue and networking among industry leaders, research institutions, and universities to foster mutually beneficial partnerships and projects.
