"Do not let turbulence occur in demand and supply. Kadin sees this phenomenon, so later together with professional and sectoral associations, based on valid data we will compile, formulate the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) in accordance with regional conditions and potential. Therefore, mapping data in the policy paper is important and will be one of the baselines for planning the TKDV programme in the future," said Teuku Jailani.

The inauguration of the Aceh TKDV Team is a follow-up to the issuance of Aceh Governor Decree Number 400.3.1/851/2024, on the Establishment of the Aceh Regional Coordination Team for Revitalising Vocational Education and Vocational Training (RPVPV).

Chief Executive of the National Vocational Coordination Team (TKNV), Warsito said that Aceh's Human Development Index (HDI) was above the national average of 74.70, while the national HDI was 74.39. On the other hand, Aceh's 2024 Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) of 5.56% is above the national average of 4.82%. Of course, this is the task of all stakeholders, especially TKDV Aceh, to think together to be able to reduce the TPT rate in Aceh, among others through strengthening the quality of human resources and apprenticeship programmes.

He said TKDV Aceh is expected to continue to work on programmes and produce Vocational Regional Strategies (Strada) by referring to the Coordinating Minister for PMK Regulation number 6 of 2022 concerning the National Strategy for Revitalising Vocational Education and Vocational Training. "This adjusts to the potential and uniqueness of the region, then Strada can be included in Regional Development Planning," said Warsito.
