The VII Provincial Deliberation (Muprov) of the Kadin of West Kalimantan (Kalbar) Province has appointed Arya Rizqi Darsono as the Chairman of Kadin Kalbar for the period 2024-2029 who was elected by acclamation.
With a vision to strengthen the synergy between Kadin at the district/city level and the local government, Arya Rizqi Darsono is committed to supporting local and national economic growth towards the Golden Indonesia Vision 2045.
Chairman of Kadin Indonesia, M. Arsjad Rasjid congratulated Arya Rizqi Darsono on his election as the new Chairman of Kadin Kalbar.
"Kadin Indonesia congratulates the Chairman of West Kalimantan in carrying out the mandate as the leader of the business world in West Kalimantan. We hope that under his leadership, the business world in West Kalimantan can unite and work together with the local government," he said.
Arsjad also hopes that with the election of the new Chairman, Kadin Kalbar will be able to produce innovations and work programmes that are effective, inclusive, collaborative, and progressive in the next five years.
"We must maximally utilise all existing potential to encourage equitable economic growth in West Kalimantan. All these efforts are aimed at achieving the vision of an 8% economy and a Golden Indonesia 2045," said Arsjad.
Chairman of Kadin Kalbar, Arya Rizqi Darsono expressed his commitment to carry out the mandate of the West Kalimantan business world by taking strategic steps that bring positive changes to the regional economy.
"In a challenging situation, strong leadership and a clear vision are essential to ensure that Kadin can carry out its role as a key driver in regional economic development. As a government partner, Kadin Kalbar will endeavour to strengthen its role in supporting sustainable and inclusive economic policies," said Rizqi.
As a first step, the Chairman of Kadin Kalbar will focus on embracing all business actors in West Kalimantan. Then carry out the results of the decisions and work programmes that have been designed in Musprov VII properly and effectively.
"With strong collaboration and good synergy between all stakeholders, we can jointly encourage the achievement of 8% economic growth and the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045," said Rizqi.
