Jakarta – The Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin Indonesia) is taking part in supporting the growth of the golf industry and golf tourism in Indonesia by participating in and endorsing the Indonesia Golf Festival (IGF) 2025, which will be held on October 24–26, 2025, at ICE BSD.
Kadin Indonesia’s Vice Chairperson for Tourism, Raty Ning, expressed her delight in being part of the inaugural Indonesia Golf Festival (IGF) 2025.
“As a strategic partner of the government and the industry’s stakeholders, Kadin Indonesia is fully committed to actively supporting collaboration with MSME players and promoting the development of Indonesia’s tourism sector,” said Raty Ning.
At the Indonesia Golf Festival (IGF) 2025, Kadin Indonesia’s Tourism Division will highlight golf tourism, collaborating with medium-scale golf tour operators to offer a wide range of domestic golf travel packages, complete with attractive promotions and competitive prices to popular golf destinations across Indonesia, including Jakarta, Bogor, Bandung, Surabaya, and Bali.
“We hope that Kadin Indonesia’s presence at this event will bring added value to visitors by helping them enjoy golf holidays to their favorite destinations more easily and affordably,” Raty added.
Indonesia possesses enormous potential for golf tourism, which has yet to be fully tapped. In fact, golf tourism represents a form of quality tourism, offering higher spending levels and longer stays from international visitors—contributing positively to the national economy.
From a product perspective, Indonesia boasts a diverse selection of world-class golf destinations, supported by excellent infrastructure and facilities. Many accommodations provide exceptional golfing experiences amid stunning natural scenery and rich cultural heritage. One of the key advantages of golf tourism in Indonesia is that it can be enjoyed year-round, with minimal weather-related disruption.
“With competitive, high-quality products, Indonesia’s golf tourism has the potential to compete with the world’s top golf destinations, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. However, consistent and well-targeted promotion is still needed to strengthen its global competitiveness,” Raty continued.
“We remain committed to supporting the continued growth of Indonesia’s tourism sector, especially in advancing quality tourism such as golf tourism, which contributes significantly to national economic growth,” Raty emphasized.
Finally, Raty expressed her appreciation to all parties who made Kadin Indonesia’s participation in the Indonesia Golf Festival (IGF) 2025 possible: Pacto Group, Samudra Dyan Praga, Satu Tujuan Event, Xcellcomm Wibawa, and Power Golf Alam Sutera.
