Bandar Lampung – The Young Talent Autonomous Body of the Lampung Provincial Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) held an Exclusive Sharing Session themed “Facing Business Challenges through Strategy, Innovation, and Collaboration.” The event was held at the Lampung Kadin Auditorium in Bandar Lampung, Lampung, on Thursday, August 6, 2026.

The event featured three practitioners as keynote speakers: Chairman of the Advisory Board of Lampung Provincial Kadin Ardiansyah, Chairman of the Young Talent Autonomous Body of Lampung Provincial Kadin Hengki Yuliansyah, and Deputy Chairman for Consulting Services of Lampung Provincial Kadin Syafruddin Indrajaya, who attended representing Chairman of Lampung Provincial Kadin M. Kadafi.

In his remarks, Syafruddin expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the role of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the current era of digitalization.

“[The role of KOLs and influencers] is an important and necessary part of addressing business opportunities and challenges amid the rapid development of digital technology.”

Meanwhile, Chairman of the Young Talent Autonomous Body of Lampung Provincial Kadin Hengki Yuliansyah emphasized that understanding the role and business relevance of KOLs and influencers, as well as developing effective collaboration tactics and models, is essential for business development, both among business owners and between business owners and influencers.

“Therefore, it can no longer be carried out through conventional methods amid today’s growing needs and increasingly intense competition,” Hengki said.

Furthermore, Chairman of the Advisory Board of Lampung Provincial Kadin Ardiansyah said that the current era of digitalization is fundamentally different from the mainstream media landscape of the past, which he experienced firsthand for more than 30 years.

“Today’s digital media is developing rapidly and requires human resources who understand the role of KOLs and influencers in marketing business products across all aspects and scales of business,” he concluded.
