A delegation of the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin NTT) together with the Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) visited Hong Kong to follow a series of business agendas for 5 days, from 21-25 March 2024.

On this occasion, Kadin NTT led by Bobby Lianto and also Hipmi Kupang City led by Yusak Viktor Benu brought products from NTT.

"We will conduct several meetings in Hong Kong and will attend the Hongkong Festival Flower 2024 Event, where in the exhibition a traditional NTT house is built, namely a traditional house from West Manggarai. We also bring MSME products," said Chairman of Kadin NTT, Bobby Lianto.

Some of them are Ghaura Chocolate, La Moringa, Bajawa Arabica Ja'o Coffee and Coffee from Timor Leste as a result of the collaboration between Hipmi and ANJET Timor Leste, swallow nests, and several NTT weavings as well as sasando accessories, Morige from Moringa and several other products. These NTT products are often promoted and exported, including to Timor Leste, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

In addition to participating in the festival, the delegation is also scheduled to attend a Business Forum meeting with the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, investors and entrepreneurs as well as the diaspora in Hong Kong, on 22 March 2024 at the Consulate General's office in Hong Kong.

"We invite them (investors) to enter NTT and invite them to see the potentials in NTT," concluded Bobby.
