"Based on the World Economic Forum study in 2023, there are several soft skills needed in the industrial world today, including leadership, social influence, and empathy. Through the Campus Leaders Programme internship, I believe that students can improve their leadership, social influence, and empathy skills," he said.
In closing, CEO of Bakrie Centre Foundation, Jimmy Gani said that the TB issue needs to be addressed by various parties. Collaboration and synergy across sectors is essential to accelerate TB eradication.
"Health is one of the pillars in the Sustainable Development Goals. Indonesia is targeted to achieve elimination by 2030. However, with the concept of acceleration and through hexa helix collaboration through the Campus Leaders Programme, BCF and KADIN Indonesia strive for elimination to reach the target, even before 2030," Jimmy explained.
The internship programme to accelerate TB elimination will continue in 2024. For the first semester, which will start in February 2024, 30,000 students have registered. 450 positions are open for students who are interested in becoming TB Rangers.
