Jakarta, October 30, 2025 - The Jakarta Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin DKI Jakarta) held a Socialization on the Procedures for Registration and Re-registration of Extraordinary Members (ALB), attended by representatives from 25 member associations.

The event was officially opened by Kadin DKI Jakarta Chairwoman Diana Dewi, who emphasized the importance of data updates and membership consolidation to strengthen organizational governance and enhance synergy between associations and Kadin at all levels.

Representing Kadin Indonesia, Vice Chairman for Membership Widiyanto Saputro served as the keynote speaker. In his presentation, he expressed appreciation for Kadin DKI Jakarta’s proactive initiative in facilitating coordination and capacity-building for extraordinary member associations within its jurisdiction.

“We hope to further strengthen communication between Kadin DKI and Kadin Indonesia. For both existing and new extraordinary members who have met the requirements, we are ready to accelerate the verification and approval process, provided that all data is uploaded completely,” Widiyanto stated.

Also in attendance was Rizky Amalia S., Vice Chairwoman of the Permanent Committee for Membership Development Program Consolidation at Kadin Indonesia, who highlighted the importance of synergy and consistency in implementing membership development programs in alignment with Kadin Indonesia’s strategic direction.

Kadin DKI Jakarta underscored that this socialization is part of an ongoing effort to enhance organizational governance and ensure that all extraordinary member associations in Jakarta comply with the latest membership regulations as stipulated in Presidential Decree No. 18 of 2022 concerning the Ratification of Kadin Indonesia’s Articles of Association and Bylaws.

“We aim to ensure that all associations in Jakarta clearly understand the registration procedures and mechanisms so that the membership administration process runs orderly, transparently, and in accordance with regulations,” stated a Kadin DKI Jakarta representative.

Through this initiative, Kadin DKI Jakarta hopes that the registration and re-registration process for extraordinary members will become more effective and integrated strengthening the role of associations in supporting business growth and empowerment within Indonesia’s economic landscape.
