Kadin Indonesia held a meeting with Bank Indonesia, the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs and the Ministry of Finance & Fiscal Policy Agency regarding the Export Earnings Policy (DHE) on 11 October 2023 at BI Headquarters, Jakarta.

After hearing input from businesses and associations, there are several conclusions from the meeting, including:
1. Bank Indonesia menerima situasi dimana DHE yang sudah dirupiahkan atau sudah dikonversi ke Rupiah tidak akan ditahan oleh Pemerintah melalui kebijakan retensi DHE. Sehingga hanya DHE yang tidak dirupiahkan yang akan ditahan (dikenakan kebijakan retensi).
2. A Working Group will be formed to re-evaluate and refine the policy.
3. Customs is willing to receive manufacturing industry players whose products are affected by DHE to discuss and look at the HS codes one by one so that they can be adjusted again while still coordinating with the relevant Ministries.
