The Lampung Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) held a Provincial Leadership Meeting (Rapimprov) with the theme "Quality, Inclusive and Collaborative Human Resources from Lampung for Golden Indonesia 2045". The Rapimprov was held at Bukit Randu Hotel, Bandar Lampung, Monday 18 December 2023.

Acting Chairman of Kadin Indonesia, Yukki Nugrahawan said that Lampung is very strategic to support Indonesia Emas 2045. This is because Lampung has potential investment opportunities, good infrastructure, so that it becomes an economic destination.

"Collaboration is needed to achieve the golden Indonesia 2045. The demographic bonus must be managed both in terms of human resources, MSMEs and economic sustainability," he said.

Chairman of Kadin Lampung, M Kadafi, said that in accordance with the bylaws, the Rapimprov is held annually with the aim of synchronising and communicating all programmes. This includes programmes at the provincial, district/city, association and association levels, as well as making a work programme for 2024.

"In this Rapimprov, we can explore potentials and contribute suggestions to the government," said M Kadafi.

According to him, Lampung focuses on the agricultural sector, but with access to transport, including toll roads, ships, trains and planes, Lampung tourism is growing well.

Thus, Kadin Lampung intensely provides quality improvement in tourism.

"In the form of training to guide tourists, manage digital platforms, and be able to make the packaging attractive, be it dance, cultural performances and others. We hope that people come to Lampung not only to see one tourist attraction but many benefits are obtained," he explained.
