Jakarta - The Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) held the Kadin Christmas 2025 celebration under the theme “God Is Present to Save the Family.” The event was solemnly conducted at the MNC Conference Hall, Central Jakarta, on Friday evening (December 12, 2025).
The Chair of the Kadin Christmas 2025 Organizing Committee, who also serves as Vice Chairman for Downstream Industries of Kadin Indonesia, Tony Wenas, said that this year’s Kadin Christmas celebration was carried out with a different concept compared to previous years.
According to Tony, Kadin Christmas 2025 was not merely a religious celebration, but was also manifested through concrete acts of social concern.“This year’s Kadin Christmas celebration is marked by social service activities at an orphanage in Kampung Melayu. In addition, the proceeds from this event are also donated to our brothers and sisters who have been affected by disasters in Sumatra,” Tony said.
Tony explained that the implementation of Kadin Christmas 2025 placed greater emphasis on collaboration among Kadin executives and members in providing donations and social contributions.“Although the preparation period was short and the organizing committee was relatively small, the solemnity of the celebration was well maintained,” he added.
Tony further noted that the National Christmas theme for 2025–2026, “God Is Present to Save the Family,” carries an important message for business actors within Kadin.
He emphasized the importance of upholding faith-based values in conducting business activities.“The message is that business actors and Kadin members, in carrying out their business activities, need to bring God into their personal lives by obeying His commandments. In this way, God is present to save the greater Kadin family in Indonesia,” Tony concluded.
Also in attendance at the event were Clarissa Tanoesoedibjo, Coordinator Chair for Logistics of Kadin Christmas 2025 and Vice Chairwoman for Communication and Digital Affairs of Kadin Indonesia; Thomas Jusman, Vice Chairman for Strategic Infrastructure Development and Rural Development and Transmigration of Kadin Indonesia; as well as Anton Timbang, Chairman of Kadin Southeast Sulawesi Province.
