Semarang – The Central Java Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin Central Java), through Edu Kadin, officially concluded the Fifth Batch of the 2026 Preparatory Program for Germany’s Dual Vocational Education and Training System (Duale Ausbildung) at Hotel Grand Candi Semarang on Tuesday (May 26, 2026).
The event marked the completion of a series of preparatory sessions for participants before they continue their vocational education and career pathways in Germany.
Chairman of Kadin Central Java, Harry Nuryanto Soediro, emphasized the importance of maintaining discipline, a strong work ethic, and Indonesia’s good reputation while pursuing education and training in Germany.
“The Ausbildung program is not only about studying and working abroad, but also about building character, professionalism, and representing Indonesia positively on the international stage,” Harry said.
He also encouraged participants to make the most of this opportunity as a stepping stone to enhance their skills and strengthen the competitiveness of Indonesian human resources in the global arena.
The Ausbildung program organized by Edu Kadin Central Java is part of ongoing efforts to improve the quality of Indonesia’s workforce through industry-based international vocational education and training. The program is expected to create employment opportunities while strengthening the competencies of Indonesia’s younger generation for the global labor market.
