Lampung Kadin Distributes Qurban Meat to 700 Orphans

Bandar Lampung – Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin Indonesia), Anindya Novyan Bakrie, and Chairman of the Lampung Provincial Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin Lampung), Muhammad Kadafi, carried out a qurban (sacrificial animal) program by donating six cattle at Malahayati University in Bandar Lampung, Lampung, on Thursday (May 28, 2026).

The qurban meat was subsequently distributed to orphaned children under the care of Malahayati University, with a total of 700 packages provided.

Muhammad Kadafi, who was also present and represented Kadin Indonesia Chairman Anindya Novyan Bakrie, expressed his appreciation for the strong synergy between Kadin and Malahayati University in organizing the community-oriented social initiative.

“This qurban program is not only about distributing sacrificial meat, but also about strengthening social bonds and fostering a spirit of compassion and solidarity, particularly for the orphaned children under the care of Malahayati University and the surrounding community,” Kadafi said.

Meanwhile, Romi Junanto Utama, Coordinating Vice Chairman for Organization and Legal Affairs of Kadin Lampung, stated that the qurban program reflects a tangible commitment to social responsibility and collaboration between the business and education sectors.

“Through the spirit of Eid al-Adha, Kadin seeks to promote the values of compassion, solidarity, and mutual support. We hope that the qurban meat distributed will benefit the orphaned children and bring blessings to all of us,” Romi concluded.
