The 1st Pacific Business Engagement (PBE) as part of the Indonesia-Pacific Forum for Development (IPFD) held in Bali, 7 - 8 December 2022. PBE successfully held in great collaboration between KADIN Indonesia & Ministry of Foreign Affairs RI, Directorate General Asia Pacific and Africa. Indonesia is committed to elevating its engagement with the Pacific in a spirit of partnership. In a one day event on 7 December 2022, PBE promoted business and commercial interactions, discussed the economic potentials of the respective countries and explore new areas of cooperation in sectors of mutual interest, such as agriculture, fisheries, infrastructure, energy, and manufacturing.
